"I have rented from SWP for over a year now. My application was quickly approved and I have had a great experience since. The apartments are reasonably priced and the fur babies are welcome! As with any older building in Rochester, I have had a couple of maintenance issues which were resolved within one day. I had to call the urgent maintenance line once and they walked me through how to keep my apartment safe before coming right over.
